Application

TDTG rice anti-broken bucket elevator has the advantages of low rate of broken, little residue, low energy consumption, easy cleaning compared with general high and medium speed elevators. It is mainly applied in vertical lifting for paddy and rice.

Features

Bucket belt under low speed operation avoids parabola discharge resulting in rice collision damage;

Special rice bucket plus dorsal chute reduce rice backflow causing damage;

The bottom using isolation cover prevents material backflow to the bottom wheel effectively, it can avoid material crushed between the bucket belt and the bottom wheel;

Bottom arcuate structures reduce the residuum, load and unload quickly and clean easily;

The machine base is equipped with automatic tensioning mechanism, it can make the bucket belt always in tension state for preventing the bucket belt deflection.
